Switch now has BT
Great device, would definitely recommend. It has the inherent latency of Bluetooth, but it's not terrible. Feels a little flimsy and squished fairly easily, but it's been working so far without any major issue. Pairs pretty easily, and connection doesn't drop until you turn off the Switch unit.For the price, I would easily recommend this piece as it works reliably and well. I would have preferred a matching color to my switch, but the color scheme matches the original Switch which is perfectly fine.One issue worth noting... There was one time when I noticed the sound was getting noticeably lower. I had been playing the same game for several days in a row (about a week), just locking the Switch and then starting back up; the volume was low, despite the volume being at its loudest. After resetting and reconnecting the bluetooth connection, all was back to normal. Not sure if this was a headset issue or a device issue, but the fix was easy and quick.

Not in description, spatial stereo PS5 AirPods
I have this hooked up to my Apple AirPods Pro and PlayStation 5. I originally purchased ZIOCOM Bluetooth 5.0 Audio Transmitter, but decided to give this updated model a try. It’s not in the description, but pleasantly surprised to hear it supported spatial stereo meaning sound came out of the left channel when characters were talking on the left. Tested this with Star Wars Fallen Order and Watchdogs: Legion.Cons: it looks goofy connected to the front of the PS5. Resolved that by plugging it in to the rear USB port using the included adapter. Overall it works quite well. Just make sure to disable Bluetooth on your phone before powering on the PS5. Maybe put the Sound options on the control bar to easily change between the dongle and TV sound input because the PS5 defaults to the dongle

They paired quickly with my PC for work.
They were trimmed in a really neat orange around the microphone and ear pieces. The usb made it easy to pair with my computer. I'll take some phone calls tomorrow and hopefully they'll work great.

Not bone, it's air conduction.
I had a shokz that was true bone conduction but it would not stay connected to work computer. This one would but when a call came in, it would squeal really loud. I also have ordered another one of these, different style and it is working OK but neither is bone conduction. True bone conduction vibrates, these do not. I work for a call center. They are comfortable and I do like the mute is on the microphone. I have kept one but am not happy with this one due to the squeal. I gave a one star due to false advertisement. I hear better with bone conduction but do also hear OK with these.

Failed to work the second time.
Edit: I was able to get it to work. How? No idea. The instruction manual is very ambiguous when it comes to troubleshooting. It’s like a guessing game since there’re only two lights as the indicator. All I can do is to cross my fingers hoping it won’t fail on me again.Initial review: I was able to get it connected to my AirPods Pro Max on my first try. Now as I turned it on again: it’s not connecting.I tried everything it says on the users manual (which is a pain to read), still no luck. I tried to erase the paring list and let it connect to my other bluetooth headsets, nothing. Since it’s only equipped with one button and two flashing lights, there really is no way to tell what exactly is the problem. It is beyond frustrating.Since I got it right the first time I suppose it’s nothing I did wrong on my end. I’ll keep trying and until it works again this review will stay.

Good for tinnitus
These bone conduction headphones are the best headphones for people who have tinnitus like me. I don't like headphones over my ears because they get hot with them enclosed leaves me irritable to wear I don't like the loud noises. These bone conduction are just the right frequency to talk to people and to enjoy a video game or movie on your PS5, laptop, PS4 or any other device it has a USB stick for the wireless features.

They want you to be happy with their products.
I bought this for my wife to use on the switch with her BT headphones. She has only connected it to the switch and set it up to her headphones. As we were hanging out in a quiet house, the surround sound system started playing Fortnite lobby music with my TV off. The device has never been connected to my surround sound, so this was odd. And now, the sound in her headphones is choppy, and this device is rendered useless. I do not have the package anymore, so I don't believe I can return it, but I'll try.Update: Ziocom reached out after seeing my review. They insisted on refunding me or replacing the item, as I failed to take further action after writing my review. I am very impressed with their customer service as well as the new device I received. Perhaps I was a bit unfair in my initial review. Device works great, my first one just must have been faulty. Would buy from this company again.

Comfortable but limited
After ordering I realised this unit won't work with teams on the laptop which is very disappointing. My own fault but still very disappointed. Earbuds hurt my ears so bone conduction was a perfect solution. Unfortunately a but of waste of money.

Very easy to use after the first setup
Simply plug it in, and connect it with your bluetooth earbud, works perfectly. However the first time connection may be confusing because the way we used to connect our earbuds. We are used to select our earbuds from bluetooth list to make a connection. You will not be able to see any bluetooth list when you try to connect earbud to this adapter. I call it a blind connection. This trick is to make sure your earbud is totally free of any default connection ( delet the earbud from all lists), then plug the adapter in and when the indicator lights start to flash, turn your earbud on, and put it on pairing mode. Your earbud should be able to make a connection with the adapter automaticly. If it doesn't connect, press and hold the only button on the adapter for 10 sec and turn off and back on your earbud and try again. You may need to try multiple times.
