SORENTO FABRIC SWIVEL RECLINER ARMCHAIR CHAIR with FOOT STOOL (Grey)

The only quibble was the assembly which was tricky as the arm rest assembly had been put on the wrong way! But by reversing this action I was able to correct the problem. It is a very comfortable chair and at the price incredible value for money too. Love it!

Received very quickly despite it being Christmas (Well done Yodel) Well packaged, so undamaged. Assembly was a bit of a lengthy struggle as the single sheet photocopied graphic instructions were poor, but on completion the chair seems fine and initially comfortable. Will be able to tell better after a couple of lengthy reading sessions.most impressed with the packaging especially the screws nut and bolts which were individually bubble packed on a card, so checking of their completeness and accuracy was easy.

Brilliant purchase, the fabric looks and feels great. Really good quality. Quite easy to put together.

Looks good and is comfortable. But, and it's a big but, it is very, very, hard to assemble - it took me over 4 hours and had me swearing. The instructions from Step 5 onwards are useless - the brackets that hold the seats to the base assembly can be fitted 8 ways and the line drawing doesn't help. From Step 6 onwards you cannot assemble the chair the way they say. The standard of bracket engineering is poor two and much hammering and straightening is needed. On reflection paying another £100 for better design integrity would have been worth it.And the last M6 nyloc nut to secure the front of the seat to the recline mechanism was missing.

Great price and a really nice chair, purchased for my 93 year old mum. Perfect. 10/10

Nightmare to assemble. Main screws don't drive home when attaching backrest to the main frame and this is the strength position for weight-bearing. Diagram instructions almost useless as I can't find out if the screws are meant to drive home even after contacting the manufacturer, they avoided answering my question. Fabric rip at the arm seam and loose threads, wood scratched in various places, the filling is sparse and strawlike so hard and the fabric loosely covers it. I can only imagine what it will look like in 3 months. No lower back support at all making it the worst chair ever to sit in for posture at any position. I complained an hour after receiving this chair and they are still looking for photos of the damage that the amazon contact form won't allow me to attach. Its my worst nightmare to now have to take it apart again for return, that's if they actually honour the 12 month warrantee at all.My advice, avoid this chair it's rubbish. If it was viewable in a store I wouldn't even stop to look at it.Update: Amazon took up my complaint and refunded me as the sellers were vague and unhelpful. Thank you Amazon!

Supremely, comfortable and good looking

Chair is really badly made!! Only bought 4 months ago chair rolls around on support seems like there should be a bearing or something spigot is too big for hole of chair so wonky when you sit on it welding is awful and support is wonky underneath
