Gentle, Effective and Reliable
This product works really well and does exactly what it promises. It’s very gentle on the stomach but still effective, which is exactly what I was looking for. I noticed a clear improvement without any discomfort or harsh side effects. It’s also easy to take and the taste is quite mild, which makes it much more pleasant compared to similar products. I like that it helps restore regularity in a natural and comfortable way. Definitely a product I will keep using and highly recommend to anyone dealing with occasional constipation.

Gets the Job Done!
My gastroenterologist told me to use this product. I ignored him, using Costco's version of Miralax instead, believing that the products were the same. Finally, I relented and bought Movicol - what a difference! My amateur research revealed that Movicol contains the same core ingredient as Miralax (Macrogol aka polyethylene glycol) yet adds to its formula ingredients that promote hydration. That makes the difference. I wish that there were a bulk version of this product (to reduce cost and waste). But, I will stick with Movicol as long as it keeps the intestines humming.

If you are tired of the orange flavor from other brands, this is lemon, not as sweet as the orange flavor brands, but it works great!
