Just what my body needed! Winter months are hard when there isn’t much Sun .

I like having more than one vitamin in a single capsule or pill. This works fine for me.

I struggle with dark under my eyes. This product helps the appearance of dark under eyes.

This supplement is a great value for the price.

I have not experienced the side effects represented by a few of the other reviewers. The side effects I have experienced are having more energy, elevated mood, greater mental clarity. I have a fat absorption impairment, so supplementing fat soluble vitamins is absolutely necessary and must be done with great attention, so when I get off schedule for a few weeks, my close family and friends can actually notice, as I begin struggling for words and feeling down and tearful. My daughter will actually watch for these signs in me and remind me to take my supplements. This super dose of vitamin D works so well that I must take it early in the day, as it will make me feel wakeful at night if I take it late in the day. For me, this supplement makes a wonderful change in my overall well-being.

I found this after a Doctor recommended I super dose vitamin D for a health condition. It really works great!

I will have to edit this post later for an update because I have only been taking these for a couple of days, but here's what I like so far:They are 10,000 IUs per capsule with vitamin K2 for maximum absorption. Yes, it's a high dose (the bottle gives you fair warning), but I live in a very Northern climate and there isn't much sun here during our long Winters. Sometimes supplementing is the best option. That being said, I can take these every other day if I want, to feel more comfortable with the dosage. Secondly, I like that there are 90 capsules in the bottle, so they will last 3 months, or longer if I dose every other day. Or I can share! Lastly, I am not sure yet if it has to do with the supplement or not, but my mood as been phenomenal the past couple days so I can only assume that maybe these have something to do with it.The Vitamin D in this is cholecalciferol, which I believe is made from Lanolin (sheep wool), which I appreciate because I do not prefer vegetarian sources of Vitamin D as they tend to have inferior absorption (other than maybe mushrooms).Also, for anyone who is interested, Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin so it helps to take with some kind of food with healthy fat.

And they do just that, I grind a lot less when taking these I am very happy about it and so is my amazing dentist!
