Can i use this lens with my canon 5d mark 4 ?

No it can only currently be used with Canon EOS R cameras. Might be worth looking at Tamron's 28-300 or 18-400 superzooms (but I cannot say if either or both of these will fit the 5D) but if they do they'll give you a similar range.

will rf extenders fit the lens

No, they will not, the rf extenders are currently only compatible with there longer telephoto prime lenses and the 100-500mm rf past 300mm.
