Works well, nice in appearance

Beautiful watch. Band and quality seem well made and solid. For anyone looking to remove a band link to resize the bracelet, use a needle. I tried a bunch of tools I had including actual link removal tools for normal watch bracelets but this one is so small it’s hard to get into but a needle worked like a charm.

Love this watch. Looks delicately beautiful, dressy enough, pretty good price, and the design looks better than the picture. Even though is not very big I could see the numbers very well. Most important is good quality. Very pleased with this watch .

This is a lovely watch with a dainty face and a thin band. I have very small wrists and I’m used to resizing watch bands to fit. I purchased a watch band sizing tool to remove the pins safely. The band has directional arrows indicating the pin removal direction, but no visible spot to remove the pins. It needs to be taken to a jeweler. It’s very disappointing because it’s a beautiful watch, but I don’t intend to spend more at a jeweler to resize it, and I could not find any videos on the citizen website with guidance. Very disappointing. I’ll be returning it. Edit: revising my review from 1 Star to 4 stars… after lots of fiddling and YouTube, we figured out how to size the band. Overall happy with the watch now, but still knocking off a star for the difficulty of resizing the band.

Pretty watch and is a good size for women with small wrists, like me. I needed to have a couple of links removed and Fred Meyers’s jewelry did it for $10. I bought the two-tone watch so it will go with all jewelry. Very pleased with my purchase.

This watch is perfect - easy-to-read face, has the date, and the band is comfortable as well as two-tone, to go with any jewelry. My only problem with this has been the clasp sometime comes undone, and my watch is dangling from my wrist or worse, falling to the floor. There is no safety-chain for this. But I was looking for an "everyday" watch, and I have found it in this - dependable, stylish, comfortable, goes with everything - a wonderful watch!

Bought this for my wife as a christmas gift. She loved it. Has many features other ones dont.

Normalmente nunca pongo reseñas negativas, quiero decir que estoy completamente decepcionada del servicio al cliente de Amazon y también de citizen al mes de haber comprado este reloj, empezó a desvanecerse el color de la pulsera del reloj, usándolo pocas veces y con todos los cuidados. Amazon no quiso responderme por qué dijo que ya había pasado 30 días y que hablara con la marca… la marca tampoco me quiso responder y después prometió mandarme una correa de repuesto, espere 2 meses más y la correa jamás llegó en conclusión casi 200 dólares botados a la basura… me queda de experiencia no realizar este tipo de compras por Amazon, realmente pésimo.

Bought this as a gift for someone, these watches are like tiny little tanks, they are super durable, especially this gold finish, I'm surprised at how nice it looks after daily wear for over six months. Can't speak about how comfortable it is, but I've had a few citizen watches and I like them alright.

Good watch. Good base price. But, the customs duty in India is highly exaggerated. That said, the watch came on time. The courier was very bad. Terrible is the word. But the product is very good. The packing was very good. In the balance, it was a good deal.
