Fits perfectly.
Fits my machine well. Works as it should. This was a cheaper solution then buying another machine which really wasn't needed. The original hose which was over 10 years old finally cracked. Would I recommend this? Yes I would. Just make sure it will fit your machine.

Excellent blood pressure replacement cuff
After finding my original cuff had issues with where and results I order this cup, which is exactly the same type and high-quality from Oran Excellent quality, value and performance I recommend them very highly.

Omron comfortable, adjustable cuff.
Better cuff than what comes with unit. A good value for the money and is more comfortable for adjustability and fit.

Good replacement for the original cuff
Solid replacement for the original cuff. My original stopped working (the unit would just flash the display every time I tried getting a reading) and this got me going again. It's not as easy to use as the original, though. I have to hold it in place with my chin while I tighten it. Not something I had to do with the original. That's the only reason I docked it a star.

Good replacement cuff form my Omron BP761 (older model)
Fits my BP monitor - nice that it came with a couple of adapters. I really like the fit as I can get it very snug on my arm myself so easy to use. Seems to be accurate (it is the cuff)

A good replacement for my Omron blood pressure machine . The old hose had failed and holes in it. The replacement worked perfectly!

Does not fit the Omron BP785.
I searched for a replacement cuff for the Omron BP785 and Amazon recommended this model. I just opened it and realized it does not include a connector that fits. Luckily I was able to reuse the original connector. The cuff works well once you get it going.

Armband needs replacing every 2 or 3 years because the Velcro becomes ineffective.
Yes....works perfectly now, with a renewed Velcro surface. Unfortunately, the Velcro wears out on the armbands after 3 or 3 years of use.

Good cuff, poor adapter
The cuff works well on a large arm, however the smallest adapter does not fit as expected. Despite the name, this product is not manufactured by Omron Healthcare Co. Ltd. The Omron BP788CANN came with the medium cuff HEM-FL31, which has a hose adapter which fits securely into the machine. The cuff I received has 4 interchangeable adapters which connect the hose to the machine. The smallest adapter does not fit into the machine as securely as the one on the original cuff. It works but the user must be careful that the adapter is securely inserted during use.
