It’s not charging my laptop using usb-c to usb-c. Laptop says connected, not charging. Any trouble shooting steps I can try?

Depends a lot on the particular model of laptop that you have. Not all USB-C connections will handle power delivery, and depending on the power requirements of you laptop this docking station may not be capable of delivering enough power to safely charge your machine. More powerful laptops like gaming laptops and high end business machines may have power requirements as high as 120 or 180 Watts which is much higher than the 60 Watts provided by this dock.
