The pillow has a nice pump that allows you to pump up the air to a level of your comfort. It is very easy to use and is easy to use even when you are sitting down. The pump and valve release are nicely designed so you can easily adjust the level to ensure maximum comfort while sitting down.The pillow also secured nicely to the seat which is a big advantage compare to all other back support product I've used before.Overall, I like this affordable product and it's really helping to improve my back.

So I’ve used this in my car for about 2 weeks now. This thing is awesome. First I pumped it up all the way and after a day realized I need to experiment with different amounts of inflation. I settled on about 60% inflated is perfect for me in my particular car seat. That way I get the lower support that relieves my pain, but still get support at my middle back so I can sit comfortably in my car seat without a big gap between the seat and my mid and upper back. This is way better than the standard cushions that don’t have the ability to adjust firmness.thats my honest review. It seems well made and should last a year or more, but If it lasts at least 6 months, I’ll buy another one.

I thought this would be great and was looking forward to adjustability being an air device. It's horrible didn't make it through the day. I was super annoyed with the deflating all through the work day. It claims support,pain relief but I didn't see anything like that with this product. Super bummer 😩

it didnt come with directions for inflating. i assumed you squeezed the ball. wouldnt inflate and didnt hold the air that we did get into it. looked great on the screen, and is probably ok if you know what youre doing. i wouldnt buy again. but thats just me.

I really liked the product. I used it every day. Felt great, correct posture! Bought a 2nd one, months later, for a 2nd location. The first one, deflates quickly now, within minutes. Useless now, disappointed. The 2nd one is still great. I’m hesitant to replace the first one, in case the 2nd one, begins to deflate in a month or two. If the 2nd one lasts, I may buy another and replace the first. . .There are spinal positives, to use this device!! If it didn’t deflate. . . I’d recommend it to a friend.

Product was delivered quickly. Price is right. It is easy to inflate and stays inflated. It is very easy to install over a chair and stays in place. The fact that the firmness can be adjusted by inflating it more or less makes this product a winner. I thought my Ekornes armchair was comfortable, but this little inflatable pillow makes it just perfect!

This is the only support I've found for my car that gives me the postural support I need and relieves my back and hip pain (I drive a stick shift). I had been using the pillow for 7 or 8 months when it sprung a leak and began losing air. This company went way out of their way to replace the pillow, free of charge. The first replacement went MIA due to Covid and they then found a work around to get me yet another replacement using Prime shipping. They really care about customer satisfaction and are prompt and kind in their replies.
