I use this to boost my immunity, when I feel like I am about to get sick, or already sick. I also take it before and during travel. It seems to work well for me.

Seems to be doing its job...
I have been taking this for a couple weeks and have not gotten sick. I am not sure if it is due to taking the vitamin but am sure it has a little something to do with it. This vitamin is easy to take and does not cause any feeling of nauseousness which I am thankful for. I will continue to purchase and see if it can keep colds away this year.

Really helps heal and prevent mouth ulcers due to medication (chemotherpay agents).
For a very long time I suffered with frequent and recurring mout ulcers related to the chemotherapy agents I took to manage autoimmune conditions. I found that a lysine capusle in the morning and another before bed has great decreased the frequency and severity of mouth ulcers. Ihave passed this tip along to other I know who take methotrexate, remicaide, and rituxan. Solaray makes high quality nutritional supplements that are well worth the few extra pennies or dollars when compared to cheaper supplements because they deliver far better results.
