What specifically is this product used for?

My dermatologist told me to use it for the raised dry skin bumps on my shoulders and back. They are an overgrowth of cells that are raised, rough and itchy. If I scratch them off they bleed. I use this lotion and there are at least 80% fewer bumps. Basically it’s used on dry, rough skin to smooth it out. It definitely worked for me. I hope this helps.

is this non comedogenic?

Recommended by my dermatologist to use on my son's face and neck for his skin problem that causes dark spots. Also great to reduce wrinkles and lines. Not great of a smell but works for face as well and smell doesn't linger long.

Product has a beige color & no expiration date - is this normal or has it gone bad?

Yes, normal color is definitely sort of tan. There may have been a “Best By” on the box (set of 2). But those dates are mostly marketing tools and have no real meaning.

Can it be applied on face

It says body , but I apply on face to help with the exfoliation. I have sensitive skin due to a skin disorder and have had no issues applying to my face.
