The best sauerkraut I've yet to taste. As mentioned by other reviewers it's fine cut which makes it easier to consume.The taste in my opinion is addictive, I could easily "polish off" a jar in a day .Others have complained about the cost and I don't know why when glass jars,lids, packaging, sterilisation of said jars are taken into account then there is production cost and lastly postage I think it's a bargain price. The packaging is recyclable and the packaging used inside to prevent damage completely dissolves in water ,I'm assuming it's vegetable starch based. Ultimately you have a well balanced health benefit.

Absolutely perfect saurkraut. Obviously made with care, really nice and finely chopped, not at all oversalted, just right. I used to make my own and now just realise that mine wasn't as good as I thought it was. Would definitely recommend this to everyone that appreciates fermented food. Also Simon is just simply the best customer service person on Amazon. A very happy first time customer and I would definitely use this company again. Well done The Saurkraut co. Jars come well packed with tasty ingredients

They’re probably the best sauerkraut i’ve tasted. Tangy, with just enough juice and only lightly salty which means it’s great for baby too. And as they use pink Himalayan salt, which is the best undefined salt, you know this will be a clean product. Also love that this product made locally to me (Petworth). Excellent value for money, will buy again.

This is definitely the best sauerkraut I've tasted, and it's the proper unpasteurised stuff so you get all the health benefits. No issue there. BUT...3x 500g jars lasts me about a month. At over £22, my sauerkraut bill will be higher than my internet or water charges! I honestly think that if the seller dropped the price by 50% there would be many, like me, who would order consistently every month...but at this price I'm going to have to look elsewhere or make my own. All I need is some cabbage (cheap as chips), the know-how (piece of cake), the time...I have loads!

Fine cut and unpasteurised. Very good quality. Would eat it daily, and buy more, if it wasn’t so expensive
