This is my third order from this supplier and the quality is really consistent - great for gluten free baking, for macarons and more. These are a little more finely and consistently ground than most supermarket ground almonds I've tried in the last 20 years, and the bulk purchase is cost effective - they last well in the press-seal pouch if you aren't getting through them fast. My first pack was fine for 6 months but now I'm baking more and using them up faster. Versatility marked down 1 because they are only as versatile as ground almonds can be!

Received this today, two days before expected delivery date, which is great. It is very fine and no dark bits of skin so was perfect for the keto lemon bars I made. My keto customers will be very happy. This particular brand was the cheapest I could source so I would assume that it's good value for money.

Bought this before , happy with price & quality although this time the almonds were darker in colour with little flecks of brown. I’m assuming it’s unblanched almond flour as it smells okay & no weevils. Would be useful to know with something on the packaging or in the selling description. I’m going to eat it anyway !!

Still not sure of the carbs per 100gm. Seller says 0.7gms in one reply and 10gms in another! Anyway, I have used in bread, cakes, biscuits and crispy coating chicken and it's brilliant. With regard to carbs.... it IS confusing on Keto. Americans tell you to minus the fibre off the carbs when calculating but in the UK the fibre figure is already removed so if a UK product then the carb amount IS net carbs if that makes sense!

Not as fine as I was hoping

This flour is perfect for my requirements. I make keto bread and this flour is by far the best I've used.

Not fine ground as described. Does not say inblanched flour on the description but it clearly has not been blanched. Lots of the husk in the flour. Tried to sieve some out as in the photos but still too much left in flour. Large pieces and whole almonds found in the flour. Not suitable for baking with even if I did have the time to sieve the whole 1kg packet. Having to throw it all away. Disgusted.
