How do you get water out of the hose - does it detach? Don't want the hose to get moldy with trapped water inside. Thanks!

I wasn't able to remove the hose to dry it out before returning it, and definitely didn't want to break it. I did use my husbands air compressor and managed to get the line fairly dry. I was concerned also about the mold issue, but as it turned out the hose had such a permanent crimp in it the pumping action didn't work at all. Hope this helps.

My child had sooo much fun with this backpack water gun! They were able to keep up with their older siblings with their big water guns! It is nice quality and the water lasts a long time. It also sprays decently far. You won’t regret buying this!
