BUILT 10 Ounce Vacuum Insulated Food Jar Tumbler Double Wall Mint 5237387

I loved the way the food jar looked and the color was very pretty, but the tread for the lid was off. It was incredibly hard to get the lid twisted on or off and when putting it back on, it always had a gap where it sat sideways. We got this for our kids to take warm food for lunch, but never used it since the gap would have made the food cold faster or spill out. It might have just been a one time thing where it was off, but unfortunately we had to send it back and get something else.

This looked very sturdy for soups and warm foods. Bought it for my son who has braces and may need for lunch from time to time. The lid is TERRIBLE!! You have to be careful how you screw the top on and off any minor adjustment and it gets stuck!!! Only used twice. It doesnt even hold a full can of soup and right now the soup is stuck inside. I CANNOT get the lid off. Its getting returned, unfortunately with soup inside. I have tried everything. Its stuck! Terrible!!!

Broke apart after a few uses. The top has an outer and inner liner. They came unglued after a few uses

I returned this. The metal on lid hit the metal on container and made loud noise when screwing top on and off. My daughter said she wouldn’t use at school because too embarrassing.

I purchased this insulated tumbler for my son to use to take lunch to school. It began well enough. The volume is just enough and it seemed very sturdy. It also never leaked so I was very pleased at first. He's taken homemade soups and pastas of all kinds for lunch and they've all retained the temperature pretty well. Things began to go downhill about a month later. The lid covering came off first but since it only decorative, my wife and I were still OK with the purchase. Just recently the liner beneath the lid came apart exposing the underside of the lid and rendering the item unusable. Three months is hardly a good lifespan for a product like this. Very disappointing to say the least.

Does not keep food hot! 4 hours after piping hot soup is put in, it’s l uke warm at the best. The last time I used it was last week. When I opened the lid, it had separated and half of it was left lying on top of my soup….. would send back if I could, would definitely NOT purchase again.

bought to take soup for lunch. 5 hours later my soup is all but cold. very disappointed.

I bought this for my daughter to take her lunches to school but shortly after the lid broke apart. We estimate she used it around 10 times. I was a first responder for 23 years, so I uses a lot of similar items, but I have never seen a thermos lid come apart like this. We opted to have a replacement sent hoping it was a fluke.

Use it to put soup in for my son's lunch. It's not very big but perfect for his needs. He says it's still hot by lunch time.

It does not keep food hot for long. The longest I have left hot food in there was 4 hours. It was lukewarm.

Beautiful design; keeps food warm for ages.
