How do you get the pumps to work?!?!

To get the pumps to work you should push down on the top and twist. At this point, the pump should be functional.

The eucalyptus and spearmint that i got smells floral, not like mint in any way. is it supposed to smell more minty or did i get a mislabeled bottle?

Hi- if you have gotten the bath n body works brand, this will disappoint you. It’s not as strong and yes, more on the floral side. It’s still a good lotion and works well if you can get past the non existence of mint.

Is there magnesium in this one like there was in the old one that came in a tube?

I see Magnesium Aluminum Silicate listed in the ingredients.
