It's even better than I expected. VERY comfortable. I bought the Smushion to be used as either a footrest or for behind my in my office chair for support. Well, I put it in the small of my back on my chair--heaven. It's never gonna make it to the floor as a footrest. It is neither too firm nor too soft. Gives perfect support. The cover is soft and snuggly. The brown color perfectly matches the brown leather of my computer chair. I may buy another Smushion.

More accurately much less low back discomfort. This somewhat unusually shaped cushion really helps me in relieving/preventing low back pain, when added to a seat or chair cushion's back. I have two, one for the car & the other for home use. I was a bit skeptical, at first, but now after using them for about three weeks I wouldn't be without them.
