Purchased Dec 2019, fit my laptop well. The charge longevity started to go down after about 9 months. The battery will no longer hold a charge. The original Amazon description included "24 months free exchange" by contacting TCORE seller, BUT I can find no way to contact TCORE. I need to replace this defective battery. Please help.
