I am quite impressed with this product and seller. The color and touchscreen on this affordable replacement are as good as the original screen. Installation is quick and easy with the video they send you on how to install the screen. I spent roughly an hour changing mine and had to switch over my old home button to the new screen because TouchID doesn’t transfer across home buttons for security reasons. Customer service was prompt, friendly, and accomodating, answering all my questions. The kit includes all the tools you need for the job, as well as a screen protector and some cleaning wipes.

Getting the original iPhone 12 screen off was very difficult. I finally got it removed then had to go back and also remove the metal cage as it did not originally come off with the screen. Attached the new display without any issues and powered the phone on to an Apple logo. Touch worked so I buttoned up the phone.Next day my daughter turned off her phone, upon powering it back up, the screen did not turn on but the phone was on ( confirmed via Apple watch ). I assumed I didn't seat the connectors securely so I opened the phone back up, reseated the connections, tested everything was good, and closed back up the phone.Two days later, my daughter intentionally turned off her phone again, and when she turned it back on, the screen did not work (but phone was on, again confirmed via Apple watch). I will reopen the phone again, but this seems like an issue with the display not recognizing a power cycle.Further updates to come.Edit: Company is offering to ship a new screen. Will replace and update review on experience with new screen.New screen is working fine.

This is the worst screen display ever.I already change 3 batteries and I understood that this display is too Thick and push the battery after that my phone is overheating. If I use my phone more than 20 min my battery is OVERHEATING .Now my IPhone 12 Pro its not same like before !Don’t waste your many guys. Run from this product NOW !

It was easy to install ...took no time at all.. works good

Bought this for my wife's Iphone 12. Screen looks nice BUT, any time that her phone dies and we recharge it, we cannot turn on the screen (we can tell that the phone is back on and charged because alarms and notifications sound and I can press side buttons simultaneously and it vibrates for me to power it off but of course I can't because the screen will not come on and will not respond to touch).The only way I have been able to get it to come back on is to open up the phone and unplug the battery which of course kills the phone. After that I can press the power button and it all comes back on and works again, This has happened 3 times now.FOLLOW-UPThe seller has been very responsive to my issue and sent me a replacement before I even had a chance to respond to them. I actually haven't had a chance to install the replacement yet but I absolutely give them high marks for the way they have handled following up with me and staying in touch. They clearly care about customer satisfaction more than just about any other seller I have ever dealt with. Good seller! Very impressed with their integrity!

Screen lasted only one month before the glue that holds the lcd panel to the frame failed and needed to be replaced again. Worked in a pinch but I couldn’t give more than 3 stars for how quickly it fell apart.
