one of the best kitchen tools I've added to my kitchen. this is a must for anyone, who like I, use kitchen shears quite a bit in their cutting and cooking of various foods. these ALL METAL scissors can cut straight though the soft bone in a raw chicken breast, cut raw wings at the joint, and also cut right thought the backbone to spatchcock a raw bird. I cut a large trout and a thick red snapper in pieces with this scissor easily! I've gone through three of the kitchen scissors with the plastic handles, and the plastic broke on two of them and I just gave up on the third one and finally ordered this professional feeling scissor. I wish I could by all my loved ones one of these, meanwhile anyone who reads this review, and you need a real workhorse kitchen shear/scissor, get one of these while you can. oh btw, its quite beautiful in appearance too.

Sharp and blade last a long time, very quality, I wipe dry and haven’t had any rust resistance problems a year later, very easy to use, comfortable in hands and a great value for the money

update: I roasted a whole chicken today and used these cutting part of it apart. They worked so very nice! The Best part was being able to take them apart and clean them! So Nice!!!! Love these. These are really nice. I have been wanting some scissors that come apart to easily clean. These fit the bill. They fit in my knife holder. They are the same size as the one I had there.

These are completely stainless steel with no rusting after regular use. They do come apart a little too easily, so will surprise you and are easy to drop. Also the bottle opener in the center is not too effective. Still, these are nice enough quality that I will probably purchase again, just to have an extra pair around.

These sheers are excellent quality and come apart easily for cleaning. They are very sharp. I haven't tried to cut a chicken bone with these and probably won't but they easily cut flower stems, meat, vegetables, anything you would want to cut in the kitchen and the cut is very clean. No ripping or tearing like my other kitchen shears.

These are the best kitchen shears I’ve owned. I purchased one for myself and another as a gift. They are durable, versatile and come apart at the hinge for easy cleaning. I throw them in the dishwasher as silverware and they come out looking brand new.

I find the scissors easy to take apart and easy to put together and they do not fall apart when I am using them. They are super sharp. They do not have pointed ends, like sewing scissors so you can't poke holes in plastic or use them easily as a utility knife, but they cut beautifully and they are not showing any signs of rusting. We are delighted!

100% worth the investment. Sharp and easy to clean. My kitchen staple.
