do you need to use grout to lay them just as border?

I just used membrane underneath, to prevent weeds coming through.

How can I order a bulk bag of a ton of stones

I usually order via a garden centre like haskins or squires for bulk orders although you can search on Web and find a supplier that does deliver at home too.

I need enough for two 1M x 500com areas in my garden, how many bags would I need? Thanks

About 8 ..stones quite large so not a great area coverage
