Versatile swimming hand paddles
These swim fins were perfect with multiple ways to string the rubber tube straps to fit your preference. Great size and contour which really make for an excellent workout.

I like how they give you three straps per paddle and you can put them on however you desire, I used these for college swimming and now I use them for masters swimming there is definitely a huge difference between these that aren’t completely flat and the other flat ones you can get on the market

Halloween patterned with good quality
Great product but had to return since my daughter doesn’t want a Halloween pattern.

Reduced time, increased effort, ruggedness
Cut almost 20 minuites off time to swim 1.2 mile cardio workout, 1hr 22-3m to 1h 2-3m. 3 times a week. Had swim fin gloves they fell apart in 1-1/2 months, these will probably last this 84 year old man until I drop my working tools.

Feels natural
I've used hand paddles before and didn't like them, but the Vortex Evolution Hand Paddles are very nice. They are comfortable and feel natural. Swimming without them is like biking in a low gear while using them is like biking in a high gear. It really allows me to focus on my form. Of all the swimming apparatus I have for training, this is my favorite.

On peut difficilement se tromper avec ARENA. Etant nageur de haut niveau, j'ai toujours nagé en ARENA et ces paddles sont parfaites. Plusieurs possibilités pour placer vos élastiques selon vos préférences, bonne prise d'appuis, poussée efficace.

Bekende Arena kwaliteit. Het is al een tweede peddel van Arena Vortex, uit maat M is mijn zoon inmiddels uitgegroeid, daarom maatje L deze keer. Gaat lang mee, degelijke kwaliteit en leuke uitstraling. Mooie prijsje ook hier op Amazon.

Cela fait 20 ans que j'utilise les palettes d'entraînement Arena. La Vortex permet de la configurer aisément à sa main. Elle se révèle très efficace.
