The air compression leg massager is absolutely a great prodeuct I bought for my father mainly and for myself after a long day at work (10hr shift). Im regards to the quality and effectiveness, I love both the quality and how effective it is. My dad hasn’t complained and loves it. He uses it when he doesn’t use his full massage chair. What he likes about the leg massager is that it heats his legs which his massage chair doesn’t! I, myself, use it as well and I also use my father’s massage chair both for relaxation and relief after I get home from work which 75% of the time I am on my feet standing or going up and down steps. It squeezes my legs and calves and warms them as well which relieves some of my soreness/pain and feels great. It also acts as a relief when all that tension builds up throughout the day from standing or walking and promotes blood circulation! It has this soothing sensation and the warmth from the heat helps with that too. We will be using this often and improve our leg health whether from working or from natural leg work outs. You can adjust settings as you like and customize the intensity how you like it with or without heat added to the compression. Fantastic leg compression unit! It gives great compression and warmth, which really helps with circulation and reduces fatigue. The heat feature is amazing, especially in the colder months. It is easy to use with the remote and fits well, even on wider calves. It has a good number of settings and makes my legs feel so much better, great for pain relief and mobility. We have been using it every day and love it so far. Totally worth it for self-care and recovery. Great value for money!

These air boots really do work to relieve pressure in my feet and legs! I have plantar fascitis and regularly have foot, leg and back pain/fatigue that can be very painful particularly in the morning. I stand all day for work on concrete floors and use ladders and scaffolding. Full disclosure, I also wear arch supports and use anti fatigue floor mats to keep things under control. Actually using these: I use them after work with my feet up on the couch, often with my back on a heating pad and wedge pillow. I run the pre programmed 20 minute cycle with heat on. The Velcro straps can take awhile to adjust and reposition. A little can go a long way to make it too tight or loose. For example, thicker socks can make it too tight! I found tightening the ankle strap really helped get the foot part compressing. Once I found the right fit I'm able to slip them on and off so the straps don't get moved. If I've had a really long day, sometimes I run the cycle twice and/or in the morning as well. Only complaint: the heat function does not work regularly but honestly I don't really care because of how much the compression action helps.
