It seems to work for me. I have been diagnosed with Celiacs. I take one a few minutes before a glutenous meal, and most of the side effects of consuming gluten never present themselves. I still get a runny nose and slightly fatigued, but nothing like the symptoms I have without.

I have used these about 3 times now after eating a small amount of gluten, when not having a choice somewhere besides home. They have helped within 10-15 minutes with relieving gas symptoms and a little nausea. I am gluten Intolerant, not celiac.

Update! It has been about 8 months since I started taking Gluten Relief Enzymes. Let me tell ya, I am in heaven eating more of the foods I want! I'm careful not to have humungous portions. Too much at once creates mild discomfort. I now take 1 pill.....but will take 2 when I have heavier meals or meals that include dessert (e.g. buffets, large family dinners). The only thing I still can't eat comfortably is store bought pot pies, so I just leave them alone. I'm skeptical on trying something like cream of wheat.....oooooh how I miss it! I am thrilled to have no digestive worries when I travel, or attend social events. There's no camping out in the bathroom or being doubled over in pain. If something does hit me wrong for whatever reason, it will induce a 'normal' bowel movement and maybe a slight headache. If I try a new food I usually stay home with it in case things don't go well. My symptoms from gluten are normally headaches, moderate to severe abdominal pain, and pretty much camping out in the bathroom. I was super excited to come across Mary Ruth's Gluten Relief Supplements. Though, after a horror of gluten reactions in the past I was VERY skeptical on trying the supplements. But the good reviews and frustrations of passing up yummy foods changed my mind. My first try of gluten with the supplements was a beef pot pie that I had for lunch. I decided to take 2 supplements knowing how bad my gluten reactions have been in the past. Within the first 20 minutes of eating I had mild abdominal discomfort. A little while later I experienced a mild headache, as well as intestinal gas and gurgles. Overall, I was pleased to not run to the bathroom, but I continued to feel very mild effects from gluten ingestion for the rest of the day. Yes, I like supplements thus far. I will try them sparingly with a few different foods and post a review. My plan is to take them occasionally for special dinners or something. I will continue to maintain a gluten free diet.

I can't begin to tell you how much this has helped me. Didn't know how many foods contain gluten without being labeled as such. This has lactase and beano enzymes too. I take one before I eat, and like magic, no DRAMA.

Ive been Gluten intolerant for over 2 years now. If I eat Gluten it tears my stomach up and ill be in the bathroom for a while. I take this pill every morning and if I end up eating just a little Gluten it dont mess with me. Its not a cure and dont work for a lot of Gluten but this stuff helps my stomach ease if I accidentally eat a little. Im on my second bottle and will buy more. This is my daily pill so I dont want to run out.

I am very gluten sensitive and gluten free for many many years now ( not celiac) I learned from another person that this may help others like me enjoy gluten again without issues. I was scared to try it but I did. I took 2 pills about 15, 20 minutes before having pizza. Real pizzeria pizza! 2 slices. I had no consequences from eating gluten. I couldn’t believe it. I have a big gluten meal about once a week after taking these enzymes. I realized that I even sometimes cheat and have a bite of bread or maybe a taste of a dessert without taking the enzymes and I do t have any issues. It’s really helped my body put back the enzymes I need to digest gluten properly without discomfort and pain. It may work for you too!

The first purchase I made of these in 2022. They worked for me wonderfully. I purchased them again but they had changed the formula and substantially lowered the amounts of digestive enzymes. I now have to take two at a time and they still don't work as well as they used to. I am disappointed. I did call customer service and they were quite concerned and agreed to take my concern to a higher level for further investigation. But that was about two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back.

I have celiac disease and this really helps give me peace of mind whenever I go out to eat (which is rare). Of course, it's important to order gluten-free and ask for their gluten allergy/celiac protocol, but unless the restaurant is 100% gluten-free, you really never know. When I have gotten glutened, I've noticed that this has helped to reduce some of my symptoms, especially the bloating and reflux. There's nothing out there that will allow someone with celiac to eat gluten without side effects, but it is nice to know that there's something that can help reduce those symptoms if you get exposed. Just make sure to take it before you eat so it can work.

Soy celiaca y evito harinas, pero cuando tengo un antojo las utilizo. Ayudan, pero no lo suficiente para sentirme bien después de ingerir alimento con gluten.

Lo compre porque mi esposa tiene algunas intolerancias alimentarias que le hacían sentir incomodidad y este producto le ayudó bastante. Si lo recomienda.
