One more for the collection
We use fresh and canned Hatch chilies often and have a couple of recipes that call for the dried pepper. These will go well with my expanding collection of other dried pepper verities.

Waste of money
These were so dry, when i tried to clean them they completely crumbled and turned to dust. I cooked them anyways and they tasted like nothing. No heat, no flavor. 0 stars, do not recommend.

My understanding is that chilies like this should be somewhat leathery and flexible. This whole bag was So completely dried up that any bending of one of the chilies would just turn it into shattered Bits.
