First, off, I want to say that I have purchased this product two times. The first time I purchased 8 ounce package. And the second time the 1 lb package. This is a wonderful product. It is au naturale. Not bleached or deodorized like all of the white bamboo you can easily find. Yes, it has a taste but so what. Put some in water, juice, etc. and hold your nose and chug it. This is a potent form of silica and it works faster than most but it's stronger than all the others and you take more of this initially. I think I noticed hair growth within the first month and I noticed my skin looking better my second month. Do I recommend this product? Yes, I sure do and if I could give it 10 stars I would. Because this bamboo extract does work.

I bought the product for help with hair growth as well as nails/skin. Not sure it is doing much at this point. Generally speaking you need at least a few weeks to see results from supplements. I hope that I will see results soon and can report back with great results.

My husband and I have been taking this 2 weeks now and have noticed a significant strengthening of our hair and the white spots on my husband's fingers have disappeared. Very mild taste, we just add to water and down morning and night. This is now a staple in our supplement routine!

This is my 2nd purchase of this bamboo extract powder. The quality has been consistently good, dissolves easily in water, I mix it with ACV and Amla powder to boost the silica absorption (needs an acid). It has had a miraculous effect on my gum health and joint/connective tissue health and regeneration. I have had issues for decades with poor gum health, no matter what I do. In just 3 months no bleeding at all when flossing! I'm 66 years old, I workout every day, my joints feel like I'm 30 again. Does wonders for skin and digestive health (promotes collagen production). Great price as well. I rarely write reviews but this product has had a profound effect on me.
