Great value and quality product. Would recommend it to anyone who would like to strengthen the hand and wrist area. Doesn't have any smell and the cover is very soft and flexible. Not too big for my small hands. Bought one for my mom as well.

This ball is intended to assist with grip strengthening. I anticipate needing its help with that after my upcoming carpal tunnel surgery. This device will strengthen my grip after that event and beyond. For the moment, I'm content having it around to squeeze as that brings with it a calming sensation, plus it's good for light hand exercise prior to surgery. Since I don't want my left hand to feel left out, I give it a turn with the ball as well. It's all good, and the firmness of its resistance to squeezing promises that I'll be able to measure progress after surgery. it's a nice ball and fun to squeeze. I already like it a lot.

I use these at night for my sore thumb joints. Seem to ease the pain and strengthen my hands. Very soft and well built.

I love these stress balls, the texture and squeeze is just right. But I wish they didn't include the silkscreened logo - it cracks and flakes off in very short order which makes for a messy appearance. But that doesn't impact it's functionality.

I ordered this to assist with therapy exercises recommended by my doctor for Tennis Elbow. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about the size, however I found it to be a perfect fit for the size of my hand, if not slightly too big, as I can't quite close my fingers all the way around it when it is in my palm - I can just touch my thumb to each of my fingertips, but can't quite make a full fist. For reference, I am an adult female, 5'3" with fairly small hands (I usually wear size small or medium gloves), so this probably wouldn't hold true for a man with very large hands. I do like the material, as I think it has a better feel and will be more durable than the gel-type ones, and much easier to keep clean. It is firmer than I expected, making it a little tougher to squeeze than I anticipated, but I think that will actually benefit me; I just have to be careful not to overdo it. I got the blue color, which is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy, and hopeful this will help heal my messed up elbow.

I'm an adult woman who wears size medium gloves. This squeeze ball isn't large enough for me to stretch my hand with fully. It's a nice ball and has good resistance, and if I weren't concerned about exercising my pinkie finger with the others, it would be great.

It’s super strong and well kept together, it feels like this will last forever! Not as squishy as those cheaper plastic balls with the goo, but still squishy to relieve stress and strengthen my hands!

Honestly perfect. I've been stressed recently and this is great. It's slightly bouncy, a nice size, and a little firm with a jelly texture; so it's good for taking your stress out on. I also like the outside texture, it doesn't get sweaty if you have sweaty hands and has stayed relatively clean. There was no smell that I noticed, or any kind of sticky feeling because of the outside; so I would definitely purchase again. Also, side note, the color was on point, if that's something you're looking for. Overall great product for a great price.

I broke my index finger and needed to regain strength in it. My dr recommended a stress ball. This one is soft, but not too soft. No funky smell. Works great! I recommend this. Price was right too.

Very tactile, easy to carry around, actually beneficial as conversation starter....'yes I do suffer from anxiety at times, thank you for asking'. Seems to be well constructed and hard wearing, early days. Obvious point, always carry it in the same pocket, I have thought I lost it on a number of occasions.

Works as advertised. Good for my hands.
