This is Good
I was looking for an alternative to dairy, and this is pretty good. I was drinking lattes frequently but have become very sensitive to dairy so I have to change up my game. I wasn't sure if this deserved five stars, but I went for it, after reading a couple reviews saying it wasn't "sweet enough," or didn't have enough spicy flavor. This, in my opinion is an advantage, not a problem. Most of the powdered products like this are way over sweet. I gave up soda years ago; maybe these folks are just addicted to sugar. Believe me this product is fine without adding anything, but it leaves room if you choose to add sugar or syrup or the special ingredient of your choice. This has room, sweetness-wise, for me to add vanilla syrup if I want and it won't become an intolerable cup of sugar with no personality. This is a decent alternative if you're looking to avoid dairy, and worth a try. I'm on my first cup right now, and it's good!

The Chai is great!!! Spicy without overpowering and flavorful.
Since my time spent in India, I’ve become a huge fan of chai. I have tried several different brands, my favorite being Big Train (has powdered dairy milk). When my son was diagnosed with a dairy allergy, I stopped drinking itnand started searching for a safe option. I’ve even made my own mixture with semi positive results. I saw this and decided to try it. I’m so glad I did. I was nervous when I saw the stars until I read reviews and realized the negatives were for other flavors. I mix the powder in 6-8oz hot water with a small spoon of powered rice milk, a tiny bit of Splenda and top it off with oat milk. It’s very good! I am so pleased to have found a safe alternative that is easy and tastes good. I thought it was expensive for the amount at first but then I realized it only requires two-three small scoops to make a 16oz cup. Now I feel I’ll definitely get my money’s worth. Note: I HATE Starbucks chai because it’s disgusting, so if you are looking for that go with the liquid Oregon Chai..this doesn’t taste like that (thankfully).

Not worth it
The bag is def NOT 12 servings more like 7ish servings which is absolutely ridiculous ! & it doesn't taste like chai either!

It's okay- but too much $$ for what you get
I had very high hopes for this as I cannot have dairy and I love chai tea. It tastes okay in my opinion, but I probably wouldnt buy it again. I had to use quite a bit of powder (about 4 tbsp) to get decent flavor. The bag is very small and only half full so you truthfully don't get very much powder for $13. I understand gluten and dairy free stuff is generally a bit more expensive. But I will probably only get about 4 total drinks out of this because of how little powder there is, and how much you need to use to get a good flavor that isn't watered down.

Tasty calming Chai
Very easy to prepare. Delicious Chai flavor. I find sipping this throughout the day relaxes me. I drink it hot with vegan coconut milk froth at night and sip it prepared like an iced latte during the day. It really has a calming effect. So for me this brand of Chai has a nice unexpected surprise.

Great replacement for sugary cafe/supermarket chai latte!
I bought this for my boyfriend after hearing him say how much he likes chai latte mixes, but doesn't like all the unnecessary sugar, and the powdered milk that comes with them. Coconut Cloud turned out to be a great little treat! The flavor is delicious. It doesn't taste like the stuff that you get in a tin at the grocery store. It tastes like actual chai(black tea and all the spices), not some version of a hot cocoa mix. It's not as sweet or thick, and I honestly think it's better than way.

Price has increased over 60% over the last 18 months
UPDATE: I love this chai tea mix. I have been buying it every two months. I went to reorder it today, and noticed that the size has decreased from 16 oz to 7 oz. Since I’ve been buying it the price went from $1.12 per ounce to $1.85 per ounce now. That’s just a bit too expensive for me. Time to find a new mix. I wonder how they can justify such an increase (more than 60 percent) over about 18 months? Original Review: This is the best tasting chai tea mix containing sugar that I’ve tried so far, and I think I’ve tried all of them sold on Amazon. The others are way too sweet - over 20 grams of sugar per serving. Most of them use 6-8 ounces as a serving. I typically drink 14 ounces every morning, so reducing the sugar is important. I get migraines from most artificial sweeteners which eliminates a few of the chai tea mixes from my consideration. Some taste too much like artificial coffee creamer for my taste. My favorite is the unsweetened Blue Lotus that I mix with coconut cream powder and a bit of honey. However, there are times when a complete mix is preferable such as when traveling. I will definitely be ordering this again for convenience sake, but using Blue Lotus as my daily cup of chai. Blue Lotus does taste a bit peppery, but I don’t mind that.
