Are these large enough to wrap plastic silverware in?

Ys, my set is is a ample size. Shouldn't have a problem folding it around silverware.

What size are they folded, straight from package?

I currently dont have any left to measure, but “normal” size. Bigger than a cocktail napkin, but a little smaller than the “fancy” ones.
