Is this suitable for medical use in fridges

I have a calibrated digital thermometer and have used it to measure temperatures in a fridge over 36 hours when testing a medical device. The probe goes in the fridge while the unit has a magnet and sticks to the side of the fridge, so easy to check the readings every few hours or so. It was easy and convenient to use and I am happy that I got the right readings.

I did not find a certificate with my thermometer. Does one have to download it?

We got a certificate (A4 paper) enclosed with our thermometers. We have purchased 3 of these and always had them enclosed. I would contact the seller. Hope this helps.
