High quality,easy to connect

I purchased this Zosi DVR to replace my old one that died. It was an exact replacement; I just swapped the old hard drive into the new DVR. So far works great. I only hope that this one lasts longer than the old unit!

Just bought this one to replace my old Zosi DVR that didn’t not work with the new Zosi camera. Their customer service, specifically here is Bessie who helped me from troubleshooting my old device to pointing me to a new affordable one that would be compatible with my new system, provided one of the best service that I’ve experienced. Although, you may not be able to get them on the phone, they are very quick on replying to email and would answer your questions patiently. The video quality and the features that come with it are excellent for the price. Definitely recommend Zosi! Ps: They also offer me a 10% discount.

Just received my DVR, very easy to setup, it detected my other WirePath cameras which are pretty old with no problems. I can tell you for the money is most probably one of the best, but; i do have to say the App is pretty useless, you have to tab on the screen of the camera you want to see live feeds, it will not refresh on its own upon app opening. pretty crummy development. But i bout 4 cameras on the side and liked them a lot, you could not do better for the money. Try to see what other App i can get view this DVR, if anyone knows please share. I have not done anything with the motion sensor will try that this week.

Do NOT WASTE your money! The app is full of glitches. Nothing is straightforward. Customer service support is non existent. I give it a BIG FAT ZERO.

I liked it it's easy to install. The only thing bad about this unit is that you can't call anyone for help you have to email them then they still have not answered my email also you can not reset it if you forgot your password

Is an amazing equipment. Price is very low and much better than more expenses one. I had ZMODO first for several years and then the smartphone application failed to recognized the equipment. I tried everything to fix the issue but no result found. So I purchased a TigerSecu DVR and was not able to make it work. Finally Zosi did it. Is very easy to work with it. But the most important is the technical support. They are amazing professionals and they don't give up until your demands are fulfilled

Bear in mind you need to buy surveillance hard drive and install it. But altogether it still is reasonably priced. Works just great. Happy with purchase

Bought it about a year ago now. While it worked it did it's job. The Phone app was very slow for video playback and the PC app had to be fiddled with to work and was much easier to scroll through timelines to view. The unit died though, and now just beeps constantly and no longer boots up.

I've had an analog Lorex system for about 8 years now with 8 different 1080p cameras. That system has failed a total of 4 times in that span, and I kept having to buy the newer DVR to replace the old ones. Recently, I got a 4k analog system and some 4k analog cameras. When that DVR failed, I didn't want to spring for the $380 to replace it, so I found these. Overall, the performance of the DVR is roughly comparable to the Lorex system it replaced. The on-screen GUI is about as useable as the Lorex, and the app is also roughly comparable. Neither is amazing, but they are pass-able. Both could be a lot better, but this one is less than 1/3 the price. The only issue is this unit only accepts 1080p, so my 3 4k cameras are useless. I have not yet tried the Zosi cameras, but I've ordered 3 to hook in and replace my Lorex units. In 8 years I think I've only seen a single lorex camera fail, so there is a high bar there.
