Item is a cool concept although I was looking for the ones that hold charge and charge your controller for an extended playing time. These are purely for charging purposes

It’s a PS4 remote charger. It’s still working well over a year later. It doesn’t seem to over charge the remote controller which should help the longevity of them. My old charger kill 3 remotes by over charging them. It’s slick simple and I set it out of the way in the back. The lights do always stay on which I wish they wouldn’t but it really doesn’t bother me. It was a good buy.

The biggest pro- for me was the size and look, I wanted something low-key / discrete. The weird part is the fact that it doesn't tell me when the controller is charged completely, either the lights are too dim or they don't do anything else. The con- was the charger adapter that plugs into the controller. It's nice that I dont have to keep plugging and unplugging into the micro USB port, however that becomes contradictive if you have more than 2 controllers like I do. You only get 2 adapters and unless they offer to sell them separately, you'd have to keep swapping them among the controllers you have. Otherwise, in general I really like the charging base and would probably love it if adapters were sold separately and/or the charging lights were more practical.

Saves on having a stock pile new batteries. Huge savings.

Works as should I have no issues at all I love it

I got this for my brother since he chargers his remote very meticulously. He would balance his remote standing up while charging and the cord would keep it upright anyway I hated seeing that so I got him this to use and he actually uses it! Now that is a plus since he would usually just toss his others to the side so I’m very pleased that this product got my brother to charger his remotes some other way then his old way!

This is a bit more expensive than the competition but it is well worth the price difference. Well made, perfect size, and it charges quickly. I like that is has its own power supply, even though the PS4 can charge from the USB port, I don't feel comfortable putting that extra burden on the PS4 power supply. The blue light is very soft and pleasing and doesn't create a distraction. If I had to buy this again, I would without hesitation.
