So, I’m sitting on the table in the internist’s office reviewing my checklist of older people’s typical aches and pains when we get to a biggie, “How can I get rid of my persistent night leg cramps when I’m already taking magnesium, Gabapentin (neuropathy), etc.” I mentioned that years earlier I had success using Quinine (Rx) before they pulled it from the market because of lethal overdoses. My husband & I got frequent painful leg & foot cramps. We were carrying ACV gummies with us 24/7 and going through several bottles a month. Started taking two of these capsules/day recomendation from an in-law. Now the frequency & severity are reduced greatly !

There is no way to know if they are effective for my particular malady. In other words I am not seeing much if any improvement in the condition I was trying to mitigate. That is usually the story with supplements as a whole. My experience. Taste is irrelevant as they are capsulized and how can you estimate value if there seems to be no efficacy. Hence no star ratings for value and flavor.
