What I like the most about these are they are low volume and replace a running shoe insole perfectly, it really doesn't take much to get used to them and your feet don't feel like they need a half size larger shoe like with some other insoles. I wear them over long distances with no issues at all. I did take them out as a test to see if they made any difference and I found my feet started to ache after only a couple miles without them. They might be a bit more expensive than some others on here but well worth it in my opinion.

Great fit
Great fit. Cups the heel great with no slipping around in the shoe. Improved comfort compared to the inner sole which came with the running trainer.

Thin, works for performance shoes
Study and thin. Good for not increasing the stack height. Not sure if the tiny gel addition provides any benefit **Edit: note these bottom out very quickly in the forefoot. Can't recommend if you're looking for cushion

Blister giver.
I bought these while back and have worn them only few times. The reason being that although they really help to take away the pain in my foot from flat feet, they are really rough and i end up with a huge blister on the inside of both my feet (even, with anti blister socks) . If the fabric was smoother I'd definitely give more stars.

Husband loves it! I bought the insoles for myself and right before I trim them to fit my shoes, my husband came and curious about how good they were. They are his size and once he tried them, the rest is history. My husband has two pairs of custom insoles from his podiatrist and they cost a fortune. He wanted me to get him another pair so I am getting two more pairs :) They are solid, with very good support and good value. Can't comment on the durability yet.
