Better quality and much less expensive than the costume shop! The dress isn't itchy or overly thin. It's a pretty decent material. I'm very, very happy with this dress. I ordered an XL in the blue and red. I'm 5'9" and a size 10. I tried the dress on over my clothes (because it's usually cold on Halloween), and it fit like a glove. The sleeves are so pretty and have ties so they can be tied up! It has a sturdy side zipper, and also laces up the back. I will say that it is a bit short. It came down to just above the ankle. Nothing a cute pair of boots won't fix. If you're on the fence, go for it!

I purchased this dress because I planned to be Buttercup from The Princess Bride for Halloween, and also go to the RenFaire. It's good quality. I was initially unsure on what size to get, because although I am a 34C cup in the bust, my waist in somewhere between 28 to 29 inches and according to the size chart, a small wouldn't fit. However, the small was on sale and it looked stretchy to me, plus the medium wouldn't arrive when I needed it by, so I decided to chance it. I'm SO glad I did. The size small fits me in the chest and waist beautifully. Not tight at all. I am 5'1 and about 126 lbs. The dress is definitely too long for me, however, because it is several draping layers, I was able to pull three sections about mid-thigh up just a few inches with safety pins, pin them invisibly under the top layer, and because the layers are different lengths anyway, it looked fine. Instant shortening, no sewing required. I added my own half corset and I am super happy with the results. I love this dress and will likely get many more years of wear out of it. I recommend it.

I managed to catch this dress on sale, and I’d say it’s definitely worth what I paid for it (marked down to $23 at the time). However, the edge on the top layer of the skirt is not hemmed or serged. I’m a crafty person and already had intentions of adding detailing/embroidery to it, so again, not a huge deal breaker for me. It fits comfortably too. If you’re planning to wear this off the shoulders and want to show a little cleavage, it’s easy to flip the ruffled neckline trimming and tuck it inward. Overall a good costume base with potential for lots of looks. Great for those who like adding their own personalized touches. Basically got the dress to the 95 yard line for me. 🤣

I love this costume!!! It fits me perfectly. It is an inch or two shorter than expected, but I like that because it's not dragging on the ground. It feels very nice. The fabric isn't cheap at all, it feels like a high quality costume. It's really comfortable! The only issue I have with it is that the fabric on the sleeve cuff is a little itchy. But other than that it's really comfortable. I highly recommend this costume.

A very nice dress and nice quality for the price but way way too small. Also the fabric was not what I expected at all, but it's okay for a costume piece. Luckily my mother also liked it and decided to buy it off me instead of having to return it because it fit her well. But I was very sad that it didn't fit and didn't come in a larger size. I'm usually a 2xl, but would have probably gone 2 sizes up if possible. Not true to size at all. Bummer.

I spent weeks looking for the perfect dress to wear to a Harry Potter/Fantasy renaissance faire and I couldn’t be more happy with my selection. It’s a great quality dress, comfortable, the fabric is thick, and the color looks gorgeous. I received compliments on it all evening. I did end up tucking the ruffle at the top and it was just a smidge too long for me (I’m 5ft) but overall I love it. Size Ordered : XS

The dress is beautiful, and for $25 (for the medium) it’s an awesome value. It seems like a polyester microfiber type fabric, so it’s fairly lightweight, but still feels nice. It fits as expected. I’m 5’3” 130 lbs, and the medium is just right. It’s floor length for my height. The stitches seem well-done, although there are a few stray threads...nothing that can’t be carefully trimmed though. It was really wrinkled, but I carefully ironed it with medium heat and some steam and it looks perfect now. I’m super excited about this dress! It’s perfect for my Arwen cosplay!
