I have a Gaggia Classic Pro espresso machine which gets used 6 times a day. Needless to say, it gets a lot of scale. Other brands of descalers worked okay but didn't seem to get all the scale out. Plus I had to run multiple tanks of water through the machine. My machine dealer recommended this product and boy did it work! You mix it (4 oz.) with an equal amount of water and just run it through the steam wand. You don't have to let it sit. Then run a full tank or water through. It was like having a new machine! I've disciplined myself to do this once a month and it keeps my 8 year old machine running like new!

I cannot even begin to know how many times I have purchased this product. My Tchibo coffee machine has to be descaled about every 4 months, and I always descale it as soon as the light comes on. My machine is about 5-6 years old now, and works just the same as when new. With the investment in a quality machine, I want to keep it going for as long as possible, and i believe Durgol Swiss Espresso Descaler has definitely contributed to my machine still working so well. Worth every penny!!
