Great product, flavorful, can be used to make salad dressings or just as a drizzle over lettuce, cheese, etc. Consistency is is nine, I like the size of the bottle since it’s easy to hold, great texture and thickness, and I thought a fair value for the money… very easy to use!

difficult to open!!!
I love this stuff! However, the latest one delivered was so DIFFICULT TO OPEN that I had to get out tweezers and a pair of pliers to tear open the ring of plastic around the top of the bottle.
