Columbia Men's Silver Ridge Cargo Pant

Urban female who walks a lot here - I’m happy with these. (Mens pants are more comfortable and usually made better, hence the choice.). Lightweight, flattering - they come up to the waist as pants should and have fabulous deep pockets you would never find on a pair of women’s trousers. They run small - I added a couple of inches to my waist measurement to figure the size - any extra fabric gets cinched with the belt and makes for a flattering fit that is nice and roomy. You can fit your phone and your keys in the pockets, they sink way in. Paired with a scoop-necked snug sleeveless T, an open oversized light-weight long-sleeved shirt, broad-brimmed summer hat, sunglasses, a good pair of sneakrs, and a large over the shoulder bag from ManhattanPortage to carry water bottle, emergency snacks, sweater and a light-weight shawl for places with A/C.

Light weight and looks good. The material is so light that I was suspicious that they would look thin. However, they hang great, lots of pockets for phone and keys, and aren't baggy or tight. Much better than expected. I wear them when I go out to a casual dinner or even when mowing the lawn. They don't hold stains and are comfortable right out of the wash.

These lightweight pants by Columbia are some of my husband's favorite ones for hiking because they're comfortable and dry quickly if they get wet while caught in a rainstorm or crossing streams. Unlike some cargo type pants, these aren't overloaded with baggy pockets and, as a result, they appear less bulky and more streamlined. The two back seat pockets have flap closures as does the right side leg pocket. The left side leg has a zipper closure (great for keeping passport safe during travel) and there are two traditional side seam pockets at top. The pants have a snap closure with zipper and the straight legs have knee darts for better fit and comfort. They come with their own color-coordinated nylon belt with plastic buckle closure. For the price, these pants appear to be well constructed and they've held up well after many, many launderings. The only problem we've had with various Columbia pants (including these) is the sizing which can be inconsistent. These ran a bit small. We bought them in two different colors -- "Grill" which is a medium-toned true grey and "Gravel" which is also medium-toned but a more brownish-grey (and a *slight* bit darker than the Grill color).

Light and comfortable. Durable for such a light material. Plenty of packets.

Living in the Caribbean, it's hot everyday, especially with all the warming of the climate. For everyday knock-abouts and hitting forest trails this pants is so damned light and roomy, to contest this you'll have to get a grass skirt. It's perfect. Glad to get a belt to go with it as well. Will be buying more

Excelente calidad de Columbia como siempre. He utilizado estos pantalones para varios viajes en aviones, barcos, coches, etc. y son muy prácticos. Super cómodos y ligeros. Buenos bolsillos y sirven para salir a cenar o para una aventura en la jungla. Un poco mas grande que esperaba pero me gustan así.
