Can I use in the shower with conditioner, will it get gross, slimy, dirty?

Mine don't. I usually use after shower. Make sure you dry it off, or it might get moldy.

The bristles aren't overly flexible but not completely stiff and hard. The brush does not hurt scalp at all!
