The charger is a 3 prong plug. It works on my model of Jazzy.

I have a jazzy select, i need a new charger current charger has model :hp8204b input :115/230vac 60/50hz 3/1.5a output: 24vdc/5a what would replace?

I upgraded my batteries on my jazzy chair, then found that the charger was not up to the process of recharging the batteries. I bought this 5A charger and have had absolutely no problems since. I also have used this charger to charge up batteries on two other chair I own, both jazzy jets - again, no problem. Hope this is helpful. - Mark
