The Groovy Food Company Organic Mexican Wildflower Honey, 340 g

I have bought a few jars of this honey after first tasting it months ago. It's a dark coloured honey, stronger flavour than most I've tasted. It's addictive, best honey I've ever had, can be used for adding to ginger/lemon teas to sooth the throat. I've had this on toast, crumpets, Aberdeen rowies, drizzled over pancakes and muesli/yoghurt breakfast cereal. Also made oat biscuits and substituted this honey for sugar. It's a must buy, price is low for such an outstanding honey. I recommend this highly...rarely give 5 stars, this honey is deserving.

Value for money and the best tasting honey I’ve ever had.But!!For the second time despite being well packed the lid of the jar was loose and subsequently covered with its content.so wasted honey.My second review,spillage even worse.So will not re-Order this item

Honey arrived next day with PRIME bt poor packaging let down the transaction, therefore I dropped a star. The actual honey is delicious, smooth, fresh & slightly floral. The glass jar of honey with metal lid had a thin cellophane seal round its neck & was packed in a thin bubble wrap bag. This was placed in a too-large box with insufficient brown scrumpled paper to stop it sliding about. This clearly did not happen as the metal lid was severely bashed, the cellophane seal was torn & the glass jar, although intact, was swimming in honey in the bubble wrap bag. WHAT A MESS! Just a little more care & common sense could have prevented this. Obviously, some of the lovely honey was lost & the sticky mess got everywhere. Repetition for emphasis, - the honey tastes gorgeous, so please, Groovy people, upgrade your packaging safety measures as our wonderful Amazon delivery drivers do not have time to "handle boxes with care". Yes I certainly recommend the honey but not the packers.😭👍

Superb honey and great value for money. The only downside (and I’ve ordered this many times in the past year), is that I’ve not had one jar that hadn’t leaked in the bubble wrap. Neither the plastic seal or jar was damaged, it’s just that the lids don’t screw down tight enough as not enough thread on the jar. I’ve bought the squeezy bottles of this honey, but too thick to squeeze out of the bottle. Apart from that, the honey is brilliant!

The flavour and quality is perfect, just the right thickness for toast. Perfect condition and not crystalized. It arrived today with other items but the honey had leaked even though was sealed. Only lost a small amount and jar cleaned up fine. Just one of those things, so I'm not complaining. I recommend this honey.

I don't know how many times I've purchased this honey, but it has never tasted or smelled this bad before. I hope this was a one-time issue. The honey was already crystallized when I received it. While I understand that crystallization is normal for honey, I would expect this to occur after I've started using it. I also contacted Amazon customer service for a refund. They agreed, but have not processed it yet.
