Will it fit something 36" x 7.5" x 9"......or what are interior measurements?

Look at the posted exterior measurements and subtract about 1/2". I personally would not waste my time. The quality is not worth the shipping let alone the cost of product.

How many gallons does this hold?

i'd say zero considering it fell apart after the first use. Target has better and cheaper.

Where does the lock go? Pics dont show where it can be locked.

It's that indentation directly above the handle on the front. Basically just a hole in the plastic of the lid and bottom where a small lock can go. If you are looking for serious security, this is not it.

Please can you mesure inside? You sayng that need substract 1/2". One of your costumer say that need to knock off about 2".So what is real size plz??

It depends on what part of the box you're talking about. As you can see in the photo there's an indentation on each end (which is where the 2" comes from in the middle) at the ends it's got a lot of room. It's the length of a rockband guitar and the width of about 1.5 of them.
