I purchased this for an 80 yea old friend who struggles to stand, and when he finally stands, he’s dizzy from the effort. He wasn’t sure he wanted or needed this chair, but THANKED me for it within the first 12 hours!!! He was amazed at how comfortable & easy to use the chair is, and how he can be sitting, then standing with no effort. The chair moves at the perfect pace as to not envoys dizzy- or light headed-ness. And, the remote doesn’t have extra buttons to cause confusion. The fabric feels thick & quality.

This recliner is relatively small- fine for a small or average size person. I thought it might make our living room look cluttered, but it doesn't. I recently had hip replacement surgery, so the comfort and power features are great. I rated the recliner itself four stars, but customer service was questionable.They mistakenly sent a second recliner and it sat in my driveway in the rain for two days. They expected me to make arrangements for its return. In the end, they were accommodating, but it was a frustrating experience.

I had to cancel the order for this chair. It already been shipped and Amazon said I needed to contact the supplier with my request. After several emails, all of which we answered promptly (some within minutes.) All emails were polite and professional. ANJ HOME was able to intercept the shipment and gave me a full refund. I could not have asked for better customer service.

I just had ankle surgery and always wanted to get a recliner and so glad I got this one, absolutely love it…

Product was purchased for my husband who has difficulty getting up out of a sitting position. He loves the chair. We may purchase another one at some time in the future. Thank you.

Chair works great but way too small. My mom is 81 and very small, but her feet still hang off the foot rest causing issues with her circulation;

I used this for my 91 year old dad who uses a walker most times. He used it mainly for the recline component. We had purchased same for 90 year old mom a few months earlier mainly for the lift component. It wa a great purchase for her and worked beautifully. However, it seens the motor for my Dad's chair broke within about 2 months and the chair was stuck in the recline position. It took a couple of days of back-and-forth communication for them to finally be able to view the video I sent of the problem. Through this back and forth to give them the proof they needed, they were surprisingly very prompt in responding to each correspondence from me. We were shocked to see a big box on our doorstep within about six days--it was a brand new chair. We were informed that we did not have to return the old chair. I'm sure will be as happy with this chair as we were with the one my mom received . The promptness of response and the overall customer service was absolutely excellent.

It was easy to put together and it works just right for me to get out of easily. I was surprised at how quite it operates. I have had others that the motors gave off a sound as it moved. This one was totally quite.
