How to file complaint?

Species doesn't hide from consumers, if you have a problem with the product, then contact Dave. (239) 984-5753 That's the current phone number listed for species nutrition from their website. Now if the issue is with the delivery, contact the seller for the complaint. Hope that helps. This is the best fiber supplement I've ever taken so I am very curious what the issue is.

Is this made from all natural products?

He product does have artificial flavoring. You can see the entire list of ingredients on the package label from one of the advertising pictures. I used the product for 2 months and it worked well keeping me regular at times when I was on a low carb high protein diet
