is this made in the usa?

The label says Flowfly, but are nowhere any marking/ labels to indicate the country of making, so, my best guess it’s China.

How many cans does it fit?

Well, I put 12 and still has space

Is the front pocket insulated

Sorry, it is not insulated. We designed the front pocket mainly for napkins, mobile phones, wallets, keys, fork, and other essentials.

How long would this stay cold with ice in it

It could stay cold for about 6-10 hours if you put one or two ice packs in it.
