Works well for an immune boost. A nurse recommended this to me. As a teacher, I’m exposed to many, many germs and long hours with little rest/recovery time for the body. This (in addition to essential oils) helps me get through cold and flu season with minimal symptoms. Hubs says it tastes like Tang. I put it in either 1/4 c Simply OJ & some water to offset the taste, or, my favorite, white grape jThe white grape juice makes it seem more like a bubbly, fun orangy drink. uice. Also, pineapple juice (light or regular) offsets the strong tangy taste.

As a retired educator, I can let you know that this was a go-to any time I could hear my students enter class sniffling. Sometimes when I would wear myself thin and not get the proper nutrition, this was an immunity boost for me. This is the best product that I have used for a vitamin boost. It mixes well in cold or warm water. I add 1/2 a packet to my mint tea and it gives good flavor as well as benefits. Ever heard of the Starbucks medicine ball tea? The taste is great- fresh and like a citrus blast in your cheeks. Perks me up. I add an entire packet to a standard- sized water bottle so that I can sip on it throughout the morning. It's perfect after a workout or airline flight.

My family and I have been very pleased with Emergen-C Immune+. This product has high-quality ingredients, quickly dissolves, has a pleasing orange taste, and less sodium than comparable brands. We take this supplement during times of stress, travel, and definitely when we feel a potential cold coming on. The packets make it super easy to travel with and you can add it to your water bottle at any time. Based on clinical reviews, there is a good amount of informaiton on the benefits of Vitamin C & Zinc to help boost the immune system, so we believe there is a benefit to help minimize cold symptoms and potentially stop a cold from fully coming on. Also, we have not experienced any side effects from this supplement when taken as directed. If you want to give your immune system as boost, this is a good product that is affordable. The drink isn’t bad at all to drink & a great resource to have around during the winter or anytime it feels like my immune system isn’t at its best.

I love this product, have been using it for years. I like the taste, it mixes quickly in water, and works (for me) to boost immune system. I really like that it also has Vitamin D. Unfortunately, it is not available in any of our local stores currently, so have had to order from Amazon. Not usually an issue, and we order things from Amazon all the time. But PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stop packaging easily-damaged items in envelopes for shipping and use boxes instead! My latest order of this Emergen-C arrived completely mangled and smashed, so much so that the box was open. I don’t trust an open box of a food/supplement item. I have requested a replacement from Amazon, so we’ll see what shape it arrives in. Product = 5 stars, Shipping = 0
