The Swanson Ultimate, and Ultra Probiotic, both have 66 billion probiotics in them. These have kept my immune system up better than any other. Before, I use to catch every cold that came along. And a few other "bugs" as well. I've only been to a doctor a couple times or so since I started taking these probiotics about 20 years ago!

Seller was quick to respond and send item. Description was clear. To many similar times in the market. I liked that I could check into the ingredients with confidence. I gave it a 4 because I am not convinced it is an effective probiotic for me. The Jury in still out. Everybody's body is different. Very much worth a try.

Got the product today, mid May. It's marked as being manufactured 06/16, almost a year ago. When I contacted Swanson, asking when is this product expiring, the answer was "one year"... I asked the agent if she would buy milk that's expiring the next day... Swanson credited my Amazon account without any further questions. This is probably an excellent product, but when you get it, please check the date it was manufactured. With this kind of a product, it is significant.
