Original Brother took 2 mins to change.
Brother original, comes in heavy duty box. Not sure how they make this for the money. Quite a chunky bit of kit. Took 2 mins to change out. Some people said it didn't work, but if you google it, then some Brother Printers have a counter that needs to be reset, and I guess some brother printers, like mine, work from a sensor, and I didn't need to do anything other than change it.

Printer data error
My printer info showed Error and said that the WT Box was full, and the printer wouldn't work. I ordered and fitted a replacement and the same Error info showed, which clearly couldn't have been correct. Checked it out on YouTube and after taking the new box apart and making an adjustment, it now seems to be working. Not sure if this was a WT Box fault or something else.

Rubbish product - do not buy
I bought this product when my printer displayed the message that waste toner cartridge would be full soon to have ready. As I don't use my printer often, by the time I needed to use it the return window had expired. I replaced the waste toner unit, printed once, the error message has returned and I can't print!!! Now stuck in the Amazon phone system trying to get my money back. I never usually write reviews but at least if I can stop someone else buying this I've achieved something...

Not new
This was not a new item, there were toner marks on it. I thought perhaps it was re-manufactured, but I contacted Brother who said this was not normal.
