After deciding to try this brands matcha we bought the set and enjoyed a few lovely cups. Unfortunately, my mother didn't realize the whisk was electric and hand washed it in water. No big deal, so we ordered this individually to replace it. It arrived broken, did not turn on whatsoever. After messaging the company through Facebook, they kindly offered to reship me one. Excellent customer service and the device itself is very effective based on our experience of it before the dreaded water damage! Totally recommended.

Brilliant little device but mine stopped working after a year. After getting my electrical tester out, i found it was the switch. If you pull it out from the lid, theres two little prongs that have to make contact with the metal shell, i simply bent them outwards a touch and put it back together and voila, all working again. i hope this helps someone.

I got this to stir the matcha tea, does well, plenty of power although it can wobble if not held straight, in that case, just stop it, wait 2-3 secs, ensure it's straight down the mug then switch it on again.

This whisk is very effective for whisking matcha and it feels very solidly built. I also love that I'm buying from a good company which pays a living wage and gives to charity. Only small thing is that the branding isn't very well stuck onto it and is rubbing off with steam from the tea.

I purchased this to replace a cheap IKEA blender, which I had to continually repair. The new wisk is streamlined and powerful. I use it daily to mix medication, rinse under tap and activated. All clean. I use rechargeable batteries and found these last will over 2 months before needing recharging. An efficient and well designed liece of kit I can heartedly recommend.

Was great at first, I was impressed by the sleek design and ease of having a silicone button on the end for the thumb. But the contacts are temperamental. You reposition and check again, and it just doesn't work. Then 10 seconds later, its' fine. Six months in and it's caput. I want to get a replacement as the actual functionality, when it's working, is great. It's quiet, controlled and milk stays in the jug without effort. It's also great for matcha. But I think Purechimp need to rethink the electronics. I can't tell is it's a problem of weight or battery contacts or just poor connection. The driver seems smooth. It just stopped. So I stopped believing in the company sadly.

This is a fantastic matcha whisk! I prepare matcha every day and typically use a wooden whisk. I decided to look for an electric version because the wooden whisk is a lot of work and it’s easy to miss matcha, which is wasteful since it usually clumps up and sticks to the side. This electric whisk makes preparing matcha a breeze. I’ll never go back to the wooden whisk again unless I absolutely have to.

I love matcha, but due to time constraints and laziness, I always used to just stir matcha with hot water which frequently lead to lumpiness. This little gadget is fantastic and makes the perfect cup of matcha in no time at all! My method of choice: add matcha powder and a bit of cold water to a mug and then whisk away for 10-15 seconds. Top up with boiling water (I don't have a temp controlled kettle so this method will ensure your matcha is at the right temperature once brewed). Voila! Bought this as a Christmas present for myself and it's bought me a lot of joy. Would highly recommend.

I was unsure of buying this product but I do trust the "Pure Chimp" brand so I went ahead and bought it. I was not disappointed! Easy to use and clean. Works with any drink you want to obtain frothiness with. I wish I had bought this years ago!

I had this whisk for a while and only used it occasionally. After about 10 uses it started becoming extremely wobbly and the whisking power was not strong anymore because of the wobbliness. The batteries were new so it was not that. I made several attempts to try to fix the wobbliness but nothing worked. I wish I would have spent my money on another whisk.
