I have been so pleased with this product! I switched from the bottled foundation to this and will not go back. I only wish it was offered in a larger size, because I do go through it quickly. It is so important to get a good color match! I found that in the summer, my skin tans and I need to change my foundation color as I tan. The color swatches online are super helpful in helping to choose which shade is best. The foundation is not greasy, and it blends nicely! It is also very moisturizing! My only complaint is that the container is difficult to open the first time, but it is worth the effort!

I really like this makeup. It goes on smooth and even. Since having the COVID vaccine, I have had skin issues, mainly really dry on my face along with redness. Moisturizes and covers the random blotches. Blends with my natural skin tone as well. Very light weight and doesn't cake up. I will buy again.

I really love the way this looks on my skin, but I have dry skin so I make sure that I do my skincare first which includes toner, serum, and moisturizer. If I were to apply this without my skincare, I might not look that great, but that goes with every foundation. I didn’t think this would do much, but it can be built up to a good medium coverage without looking cakey. I’m always buying high-end foundations thinking that they will look better on my 45 yr old maturing skin, however, my 23 yr old daughter came over for a visit and said “Mom, try this. It’s pretty good.” Then she showed me a swatch so I could see the consistency and applied some to her cheek. It was creamy and it didn’t have a suncreen odor like a lot of SPF foundations have. I thought it looked really beautiful on her so I decided to order some. I am here to report that I have been using this foundation daily for nearly 2 weeks straight. I think what I like about it the most is the fact that it’s pressed in a compact and makes applying my makeup quick & easy because a girl can get lazy. I don’t even have to bust out my makeup brushes or sponges because it comes with a little spongey that works great 😂 The photo is taken of me with my full skincare on and a generous layer of this Covergirl pressed foundation. I did not use setting powder. But I did apply some highlighter on my upper cheeks and the tip of my nose. Also, I used zero filters. I think it looks smooth & natural. What do you think?? Don’t sleep on this. I highly recommend it and I will re-purchase (probably 2-3 more) when I run out.

It was difficult to determine my shade based on the photos provided. It took me 2 times so I could order and try. This one was far too light for me. I knew I liked the light balm texture and coverage so I ordered the next shade and it was a better color match. I would recommend buying at least two so you can test what works best for you. It’s a lighter consistency and texture than some other balm foundations I’ve tried. I like that it combines a bit of spf, too. It dries down decently but I still use a setting powder or a setting spray to get a bit more longevity out of it. It’s the perfect foundation for the summer! There is a small puff applicator but I tend to use my fingers and works fine. I would say it’s between light to medium coverage. It is buildable. It does cover redness and dark spot.

One of my favorite foundations. Light weight very moisturizing and doesn’t settle in my wrinkles. Not full coverage but looks natural-not cakey.

I have bought many foundation products and I keep going back to Covergirl ageless foundation for mature skin. This product lives up to the hype. It covers completely with one application, it doesn't settle in your fine lines and it has a hydrating finish with SPF 28 broad spectrum protection. I have issues with oily T-zone so in those areas I use a light dusting of translucent powder. This foundation is perfect for older women and comes in a variety of shades.

I like it but...I know there's something better out there. I use foundation, mascara, eyebrow pencil and lip stain. I'm in my 60's and when I see the massive amounts of product some people wear everyday just to walk out the door, I'm dumbfounded. I keep it simple. The reason I know there's a better product for me is this "Simply ageless instant wrinkle defying foundation ", is not any of those things. It's heavy, enhances my wrinkles and isn't the perfect shade for my skin tone. The only reason I'm still using it is to find something that really does what it claims. I used a different foundation for years, then something changed and the product no longer looked as good. Could be the product, could be more lines on my face.. I understand it's on the inexpensive side, so I'm getting what I pay for - but I just don't wear a lot of makeup, (4 days a week) and the IL MAKIAGE I was paying over $50.00 a bottle for, just seemed like overkill. So the moral of the story is, I'll keep searching until I find a product for older skin that doesn't look like I'm wearing a mask and rubs off on my collars. I really give it 2.5 stars. I "may" buy this product again.

Wow! I am very impressed with this foundation, especially for the price point and being a "drug store" brand. I got in the habit of regularly using more expensive make up products, but I'm trying to save money and find lower priced quality products. This foundation goes on SO smoothly, and it really doesn't settle into fine lines and winkles. A little bit goes a loooooong way, and it can look cakey if over-applied. The enclosed sponge does a great job for applying the foundation (just remember you don't need much)! I have been using a beauty blender for a more 'natural' look and to gradually build up to full coverage without looking cakey. I do use the Covergirl anti-aging primer beforehand, and it feels like it really helps the foundation go on more smoothly and last longer. If you're on the fence, give it a try for this great price, I don't think you will be disappointed!

I'm 71.... so don't expect miracles😁.....but I also please authentic product. I used to live Avon MagiX foundation but they stopped doing it a few years ago. I have tried many of the usual average price 12 -20 pounds range and also a more top of the range 45 pounds foundation.....which was nice.....but Cover Girl is even better. I'm quite lucky on the wrinkles front, but do have them. This product is light & creamy but not sticky, doesn't sit in wrinkles & easy to put on. I moisturised 10 minutes before, then used a soft brush in circular movements to apply.....It still looked good 5 hours later. If you prefer it thicker, just add more. I ordered the Ivory which is a bit light for me so I just followed with a very light dusting of bronzer powder.

This surprisingly easy to apply with the sponge supplied. It gives a good coverage and is not tacky to touch.

Bit messy and takes a bit of rubbing in, wouldn't buy it again.

For years I have used a L'Oreal liquid foundation and on seeing the covergirl product I thought I would give it a try as I always use Olay skin product . All I can say is I am AMAZED! The coverage of the product, especially when using a foundation brush, is exceptional. I am over 70, with plenty of wrinkles :-) and it does not settle into my wrinkles. My sister asked me what I was using as I looked 'younger', when I showed her the product she immediately bought one and is very happy with her results.
